Shadow Program

TU-SCA's 2024-2025 E-board Application

As a member of TU-SCA Mentorship Program, you will have the opportunity to take part in our Shadow Program. Our goal is to provide mentees the opportunity to shadow their mentors and gain practical experience in the work done as executive board members. The program aims to help mentees develop skills, knowledge, and confidence to potentially transition into executive board positions in the future, and to enhance their professional development through real-world work for the SPO (Student Professional Organization).
